Hopefully you will be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you would like a refund/exchange, these will be accepted within 28 days of you receiving the item(s) and will be processed once the item(s) has been returned to me in and unworn and unwashed condition. Please note that this is for standard items only. Any customised orders are non-refundable.
